Three Town youngsters will complete the campaign away from the Mariners with Aaron Braithwaite, Edwin Essel and Jaz Goundry all signing new loan deals.

Midfielder Braithwaite has extended his stay with Northern Premier League side Whitby Town until the end of the season. The teenager initially joined the club in November.

Striker Edwin Essel has signed for Cleethorpes Town for the remainder of the campaign. The 18-year-old has previously spent time this season with Grimsby Borough and now makes the move to the Northern Premier League East club. Cleethorpes currently sit one place beneath Borough and there is a local derby between the two approaching over Easter weekend.

A player Essel could come up against is Jaz Goundry with the defender signing for Grimsby Borough until the end of the season. The defender has had a spell with Matlock Town already this season.
